Overview
Tucker Street Church will have
a booth on the downtown Square at the Christmas Parade on Monday, November 28, 2011.
The
streets will be blocked at 5:00 PM and we want to begin selling soon thereafter as possible. The parade starts
at 7:00 PM.
We will be selling baked goods, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, Walking
Tacos, party mix, etc. all packaged for sale in increments of $.50.
We are also having a feather
booth (we will be putting feathers in the hair) and doing face painting. We also expect to have other impulse purchase
type items like glow necklaces.
Needs
Donations of time and funding are requested.
People are needed to advertise, and to get signs, tents, tables, portable heater, etc.
Bakers are needed to provide snacks that can be eaten on site (For example, cupcakes vs large cake).
